陰キャ

Short for 'inki na kyarakutaa' (gloomy character), this term describes someone who's introverted, shy, or bad at socializing. While it carries a negative connotation, there's a whole culture of people self-identifying as inkya for self-deprecating humor. Sometimes written as 隠キャ. The opposite is 陽キャ (youkya) — an outgoing, sociable person.
