このやろう
'Kono' (this) + 'yarou' (a rough word for 'guy/man') is an angry insult directed at someone. It has a strongly masculine image, though women may also use it in moments of real anger. Extremely common in anime and drama fight scenes. In real life, it's reserved for genuine confrontations or as a joke between close friends.
